Terms of service

Gridfall Systems Booking provides tools for guides to accept deposits and schedule trips. Guides are responsible for trip details, refunds, and fulfillment.

By booking a trip, clients agree that deposits are processed by Stripe and subject to the guide's policies. Any disputes should be handled directly with the guide.
